About Me

After becoming a fully qualified counsellor I decided to go on and study a Bachelor of Science in Counselling and Psychotherapy as I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of differing theoretical approaches. I have also had the pleasure of managing two busy diverse charitable practices, these experiences have facilitated in my growth as a counsellor.

I work to your needs, the sessions are tailored to you, providing a safe space for you to say the unsayable, allowing you to be heard without judgement.

I have an enhanced DBS and I’m fully insured. I work with Children, Young People and Adults.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and therefore I work in accordance to their code of ethics, confidentiality and good practice.

I am a proud sponsor of the HWRK Educational Magazine’s campaign against all forms of bullying.  www.hwrkmagazine.co.uk
